I was not always happy and peaceful. I was always positive but that's different. I was very much influenced by the external conditions and especially the conditioning of my own mind. If you want to put solid grounds of happiness in your life, you should be able to do two things:
-First, to acknowledge the forcing influence of your mind conditioning.
-Second, to do something about it.
For the second, you can get ideas from people you admire, books, articles, videos etc. Anything to get you going. And, do not lose sight of the first thing. Never! Watch this video to get inspired on how it feels to live your happiness along these lines.
